It’s that time of year again, when before you know it the Bank Holiday Weekend's arrived and you’ve made no plans. The first logical solution would be jumping in a car and heading to the country but if that’s not an option, Maimie's got you covered. No matter the weather, London has plenty of wondrous activities to offer and here are some of our favourites

1. Rosé + Picnic in the sun

If the weather is merciful then the first thing to do is to pack a picnic basket and head outdoors. While you might find it difficult to secure a spot in overcrowded Hyde Park and Primrose Hill, there are a number of better alternatives - Richmond Park and Hampstead Heath being some of our favourites

2. Go Shopping

Our shop of choice for some Bank Holiday indulgence is the legendary Liberty London. With its impressive history mixed with a contemporary fashion outlook, you'll find quirky, new and high-quality products that are not mainstream (yet). We recommend visiting the beauty and home departments - you'll not be able to pull yourself away.

3. Yoga

After a good slice of retail therapy what could be better than unwinding with an hour of yoga? No need to travel far - right behind Liberty is TriYoga, a cozy yoga studio nestled on the top floor of Kingly Court. It offers a variety of classes for all levels and a lovely atmosphere.

4. Hit The Markets

Head up to Portobello Road in Notting Hill for some one-of-kind vintage finds, Colombia Road Market for fresh bouquets and Borough Market for delicious food and cheeky tastings.
