Maimies purchased and dispatched during the period from November 1st, 2016 to December 22nd, 2016 may be returned up until January 31st, 2017. However, please note that our return policy will revert to our standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 22nd, 2016.
If you are not 100% happy with your Maimie purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving. Please return the item(s) as you received them, unworn and with all their tags in tact. We will email you confirmation when we receive the returned goods and aim to process refunds within 7 days if they are unworn, undamaged and eligible for refund. All returns must be approved by Maimie London.
